  • Posting ads for services that compete with any of ApnaBusiness.Com's services.
    - Because ApnaBusiness.Com is a platform, in the event that users have disputes ApnaBusiness.Com and its employees, officers, agents and directors are released from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. We do not control the information provided by other users that is made available through our system. Users may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense for your own safety. Please note that there are also risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense. Additionally, there may also be risks dealing with international trade and foreign nationals.

    REFUND POLICY

There will be absolutely NO REFUND for any purchases made by the user. All sales are final. The user has the right to remove their listing / advertisement at any time from our Web Site, without applying for any refund or partial refund.


    LISTING / ADVERTISEMENT RENEWAL POLICY

     All paid subscriptions including business listing and advertisements, will be automatically renewed few weeks prior to the subscription expiration. The renewal charges will be applied to the credit card information on file. The customer will be notified upon successful renewal. If the credit card is already expired, the customer will be notified to furnish the new credit card information. The customer will also have the option to renew their listing prior to the automatic renewal, or request to cancel the automatic renewal for their current subscriptions.
